there is a block party on my block but i’m not going.
haha!!!
i woke too late today, 8:00am so i skipped my class.
the bath water was really hot.
then i pretty much fell asleep for the next few hours.
now i have work soon.
what an odd series of events.
oh well.
i biked today.
i need to get back on the horse with feeling good.
making little changes.
to feel motivated, positive, and confident again.
just little changes like biking.
i read zenhabits on it.
going to push myself to do it everyday.
along with these things:
reading
writing
drawing
eating (healthy) especially breakfast
music
socializing
life is tough.
i don’t want to turn 30 and think what if.
even though that’s how i feel about school.
but i know that i do need that push from friends, teachers, employees, strangers.
but i also know i can push myself when i need change.
i just need to feel good to do it.
because i go through long stretches of funks.
okay, i am not going to focus on the negative.
i guess that exercise did help.
